Our Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions govern your participation in the Miss Top Model South Africa Pageant (hereinafter referred to as "the Pageant"). By registering for the Pageant, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions.
Eligibility
1. Participants must be between the ages of 20 - 29 at the time of entry.
2. Participants must be a legal resident or citizen of South Africa.
3. Employees of the Pageant, their family members, or anyone else connected with the Pageant may not enter.
Application Fee
​1. A non-refundable entry fee is required for your application for the pageant.
2. The application must be paid in full by the specified deadline. Failure to do so may result in unsuccessful submisson of entry.
3. All fees are final and non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to withdrawal, disqualification, or cancellation of the event.
Conduct
​1. Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and courteous manner at all times.
2. Any form of negative behavior, including but not limited to, bullying, harassment, or defamation, may result in immediate disqualification.
Image Rights
1. By participating in the Pageant, you grant the organizers unrestricted rights to use your images, likeness, and performance for promotional purposes in any medium.
Cancellation or Postponement
1. The organizers reserve the right to cancel or postpone the Pageant at any time due to unforeseen circumstances.
2. In the event of cancellation or postponement, entry fees will not be refunded.
Liability
1. The organizers are not liable for any personal injury or loss of property which may occur during the Pageant.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
​1. The organizers reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
2. Participants are responsible for keeping themselves updated with any changes.
Agreement
By registering for the Miss Teenager South Africa Pageant, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
